Culinary magazine StarChefs.com announced its 2010 Los Angeles & San Diego Rising Stars winners...one being our very own Jason Knibb of NINE-TEN (one of only two chefs in San Diego to be recognized with this coveted honor). StarChefs announces Rising Stars in four cities each year. The annual StarChefs gala will take place in Los Angeles in March 2010 at which the awards will be bestowed upon the winners.
